This is my entry to the GMTK Jam, title is a work in progress.

The game is controlled using the mouse.

In this game you have Fleets, represented by spaceship sprites, which contain a number of ships, from 1 to 6, represented by the die above the spaceship. You also have Planets, which require a certain number of ships to be colonized, providing some kind of reward (More movement, ships or food).

Your goal is to reach the final planet by moving your fleets (represented by ships) around to activate planets and receive rewards (more movements, fleets and food). To activate planets you have to have the exact number of ships (the dots on dice) required.

On every cycle, the number of ships in each fleet is randomized, so you will have to plan for the different possible outcomes.

It is not implemented yet, but, periodically (after some cycles/turns), the layers of planets will be destroyed sequentially to pressure the player.

I took the GMTK Jam as an opportunity to learn more about Godot. I am happy with my progress, but I did not get to polish/balance the game.
